The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is one of the largest and most influential technology events in the world. Each year, it brings together visionaries, innovators, and industry leaders to unveil and explore the latest advancements across multiple sectors. CES 2025, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, attracted over 140,000 attendees, with 4,500 exhibitors this January 2025, showcasing groundbreaking technologies.

This year, REGOM was proud to participate in this prestigious event, co-exhibiting at the Global Data Service Organization (GDSO) booth alongside Goodyear and other industry leaders. Together, we demonstrated how Tires’ data sharing can bring value in real-life use cases.

Who is the GDSO?

The Global Data Service Organization for Tyres and Automotive Components (GDSO) is an International Non Profit Association that is dedicated to developing and implementing technical standards and data-driven solutions for the tire industry. Its mission is to digitally standardize tire data, creating a seamless and transparent flow of information across the tire lifecycle. By enabling efficient data sharing among all stakeholders, GDSO drives advancements in traceability, performance analytics, and circular economy initiatives.

Our role at CES 2025

At CES 2025, REGOM was proud to explain the User Story of a Used Tire Collector in the framework of the new Connector that GDSO is developing for cradle to grave use cases, showcasing how our tire sorting and recycling solutions integrate seamlessly with GDSO’s data-driven initiatives. Our participation support GDSO’s mission of advancing sustainability and transparency in the tire industry.

By co-exhibiting with GDSO, we demonstrated:

  • The practical applications of data: Highlighting how GDSO’s Connector can be leveraged for better tire traceability, supported by our real-world implementation.

  • Collaborative innovation: Showing the importance of partnerships between technology providers like REGOM and data-driven organizations like GDSO.

  • European regulatory insights: Sharing how compliance with European regulations can be streamlined through the integration of data and innovative recycling technologies.

Looking ahead

Our presence at CES 2025 was not just about showcasing technology—it was about fostering connections and driving meaningful discussions on the future of the tire industry. As we move forward, REGOM remains committed to collaborating with organizations like GDSO to push the boundaries of what’s possible in tire recycling.
